Notice is hereby given that the Town of Elizabethtown will accept sealed bids for:
Noble Terrace over Barton Brook Culvert Replacement in the Town of Elizabethtown, Essex County, New York, FEMA
DR-4814-NY,
Project #766429
Contract will be awarded based upon the lowest qualified bid.
Contract Documents, including Invitation to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Wage Rates, Bid Documents, Agreement, Special Notes, Specifications, Contract Drawings and any Addenda, may be examined at no expense at the office of H&T Engineering Services, 14 Corporate Drive, Clifton Park, NY 12065.
Electronic Plans and specifications may also be obtained online on the Essex County Purchasing Department website at www.co.
essex.ny.us/Bidders.
Bids to be considered must be received in a sealed envelope at the office of Linda Wolf, Purchasing Agent, Essex County Purchasing Department, 7551 Court Street, PO Box 217, Elizabethtown, NY 12932 by 2:00 PM, local time, on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the above noted time will not be accepted. All sealed envelopes should be clearly labeled
